Structure

This model can facilitate mitral clipping procedure, which means percutaneous mitral valve repair using the edge-to-edge technique.

Detachable mitral valve repeats an opening-closing cycle at a designated heart rate through the pulsatile flow generated by the specialized pump. There are two types of models which can be used under X-ray fluoroscopy; one is designed for implementing the procedure with TEE and the other is designed for camera view use.
